Health Notice
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Treyne does not replace healthcare professionals. Using the app does not replace consultations, assessments, examinations, diagnoses, prescriptions, verification or ongoing care from doctors, qualified fitness professionals, dietitians, physical therapists or other qualified professionals.
Information, not a prescription
Workouts, exercise demonstrations, meal plans, calorie and macronutrient estimates, hydration goals and Treyner assistant responses are for information and education. They are not prescribed by a professional who knows you and do not take your full health history into account.
Before you start
See a doctor for an assessment and clearance before starting or changing your exercise or eating routine, especially if you:
- have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma or another chronic condition;
- experience chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath during exertion;
- have injuries, joint pain, back problems or have had surgery;
- are pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum;
- take long-term medications;
- have or have had an eating disorder;
- are over 40 or have not exercised for a long time.
During your workout
- Stop immediately if you experience pain, chest pain, dizziness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath or any illness. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service. In Brazil, call 192 (SAMU).
- Respect your limits. Adjust weights, reps and intensity to your condition.
- Prefer learning exercise technique from a qualified fitness professional.
- Use equipment in good condition and train in a safe place.
Food and artificial intelligence
- Calorie and nutrient values, including those obtained from photos or barcodes, are estimates and may be wrong.
- Meal plans generated in the app do not necessarily account for allergies, intolerances, illnesses or medications. Always verify with a dietitian.
- AI assistant responses may contain errors. Do not use them as the sole basis for health decisions.
Responsibility
By using Treyne, you acknowledge that physical activity and diet changes involve risks and that the decision to follow any app content is yours. See the Terms of Use, especially sections 3, 4, 5, 12 and 13.
