Treyne

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Treyne app (package com.treyne.app), the treyne.com website and all related features, content and services (collectively, the "Service"), independently developed and operated by the developer of Treyne ("Treyne", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading, accessing or using the Service, you state that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Health Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Treyne does not replace healthcare professionals. Workouts, meal plans, calorie estimates, assistant responses and other content are for information and education only. Using the app does not replace consultations, assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, verification or ongoing care from a doctor, qualified fitness professional, dietitian, physical therapist or other qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting or changing any exercise or eating routine.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for people 18 or older with full legal capacity. By using it, you state that you meet these requirements. Otherwise, do not use the Service. We may close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. What the Service provides

Treyne provides workout organization, an exercise catalog with demonstrations, timers, history, food and hydration tracking, reminders and, in some cases, an artificial intelligence virtual assistant ("Treyner") and meal photo analysis. Features may vary by version, subscription plan and region, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

3. No medical, nutritional or professional advice

4. Assumption of risk

Physical activity and changes in diet involve inherent risks, including muscle, joint and bone injuries, fainting, illness, heart problems and, in extreme cases, death. By using the Service, you acknowledge and voluntarily, fully and exclusively assume these risks. You alone are responsible for:

5. Artificial intelligence features

The Treyner assistant, workout and plan generation, and meal photo analysis use third-party artificial intelligence models. You acknowledge that:

6. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of your credentials.

7. Subscriptions, purchases and coins

8. Permitted use

You agree not to:

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its brand, name, logos, design, text, exercise catalog, demonstrations, software and databases, belongs to Treyne or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use the app on your own devices, solely for personal, noncommercial purposes under these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10. Content you create or share

You retain ownership of the workouts and information you create. When you share a workout with someone else (for example, through a QR code), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce and transmit that content solely to operate the feature. You alone are responsible for what you share.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party services, such as Google (Firebase and Google Play), OpenAI and Open Food Facts, as well as external links. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, failures or privacy practices. Their use may be subject to each provider's terms.

12. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with your device; that data will be preserved; that content or estimates are accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances; or that you will achieve any specific performance, appearance, health, weight loss or muscle gain result.

Your workout, history and food data are stored mainly on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups. We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstallation, changing devices, failures, updates or account deletion.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Treyne, its developer, partners and suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including physical injuries, health problems, loss of data, lost profits or nonmaterial damages, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, performing exercises or following meal plans, AI responses, third-party content or any decision based on the Service.

If, despite the above, any liability is established, it will be limited to the total amount you actually paid Treyne for the Service in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and General Data Protection Law. In those cases, exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Treyne and its developer harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, at any time if you breach these Terms, if fraud or abuse is suspected, if required by law or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described on the Delete account page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 3, 4, 5, 9 and 11 through 17) remain in effect.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with its last updated date. We may notify you through the app of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new version.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's place of residence will have jurisdiction where required by law. Before taking legal action, the parties agree to try to resolve the matter amicably through the support email address.

18. General provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the others remain valid. Failure to enforce a breach does not waive any rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer ours in the event of a reorganization, sale or assignment of the Service.
