You may delete your Treyne account at any time, free of charge, through the app or by email, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Treyne and sign in.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your identity (password or Google account) and tap Delete account again.
Deletion is immediate and the app will close.
Option 2: by email (no app required)
- Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my Treyne account".
- We may ask for confirmation to verify that the request is yours.
We complete deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your login account: name, email, account identifier and Google account link;
- when deleting through the app, data stored on your phone as well: workouts, history, nutrition, hydration, reminders, assistant conversations and profile photo;
- coin balance and benefits linked to your account.
If you request deletion by email without access to your phone, data stored only on the device remains there until you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings, because we cannot access it.
What may be retained and for how long
- Purchase and coin records, linked to a hashed identifier: for the period required by legal, tax and fraud prevention obligations and to defend against disputes, generally up to 5 years;
- AI usage counts, linked to a hashed identifier: automatically deleted after about 35 days;
- Diagnostic data (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), which does not directly identify you: deleted according to Google's retention periods, up to 14 months;
- Workouts you shared through a QR code: may remain available to people who already received them;
- records we are legally required to retain.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop billing, cancel in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
