Account
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, tap "Recover password" and follow the instructions sent to your email. Also check your spam folder. If you signed in with Google, simply tap "Sign in with Google" again.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile › Delete account. You can also request deletion by email. See the steps on the Delete account page.
Workouts and data
Where are my workouts and history stored?
On your phone. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or change phones without an Android backup, this data may be lost.
My workout notification disappeared.
Open the Today tab to recreate the ongoing workout notification. Also check that Treyne notifications are allowed in Android settings.
Subscription and coins
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Google Play, tap your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Treyne › Cancel subscription. You keep your benefits until the end of the paid period. Open Google Play subscriptions.
Does deleting my account or uninstalling the app stop billing?
No. Billing stops only when you cancel your subscription in Google Play.
How do I request a refund?
Payments are processed by Google Play. Request a refund through Google Play according to Google's policies. If you need help, contact support.
I changed phones and my subscription is missing.
Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account used for the purchase and to Treyne with the same account. Then open the plans screen so the app can check your subscription again.
What are coins?
Coins are used for artificial intelligence features such as the Treyner coach and meal analysis. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. See the Terms of Use.
Artificial intelligence
Are the calories calculated from a photo exact?
No. They are estimates and may be wrong, especially for portions and mixed dishes. Review foods and amounts before saving.
Does Treyner replace a personal trainer or dietitian?
No. Treyne does not replace healthcare professionals. Read the Health Notice.
